Inside the product

  • Conversational assistantson WhatsApp, handing over to a person when needed.
  • Multiple LLM providersClaude, GPT, Gemini or DeepSeek, swappable without code changes.
  • RAG and structured outputembeddings, semantic search and responses validated with Zod.
  • Prompts and evaluationprompt design and quality checks on the answers.

Renacia Clinic's

Website, AI WhatsApp assistant and management dashboard for a scalp micropigmentation clinic. All in production and maintained by me.

  • The assistant answers on WhatsApp, checks availability and books the appointment in Google Calendar.
  • The AI provider is picked by configuration: Claude today, another model tomorrow if it's cheaper.
  • Dashboard for the clinic with client records, touch-ups, expenses, goals and KPIs.
  • Fast public website with a blog and SEO, on Firebase Hosting.

    • Website, AI WhatsApp bot and management dashboard in production: Next.js, React and TypeScript on Firebase and Google Cloud.
    • Agent built with the Vercel AI SDK and tool calling on the WhatsApp Cloud API, with a swappable LLM provider.

  2. Tech Lead

    • Technical lead for the team: architecture, estimates, code review and mentoring, working directly with clients.
    • Cross-platform apps in Flutter and web in React, backed by Firebase and Google Cloud.
    • Brought generative AI into the product and into the team's daily workflow.
